Jeffery Joyner is Founder and President of The J. Joyner Group, LLC. Mr. Joyner has more than 25 years experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. He is very active in many segments of the business having served in a variety of executive roles in retail, operations, wholesale, marketing, sales and convention services. He is well known with a solid reputation for honesty, hard work, intelligence and providing value.

Jeff's business is all about collaboration and the unimaginable results that can be produced when all parties work together toward a common outcome. The J. Joyner Group is established to provide businesses with strategies, tools, expertise, ideas and experience that work.

Jeff has a great passion to teach and inspire others. He has a long history of "rising up" leaders who go on to excel and assist in change and transformation of their own organizations. His legacy can be seen from the executives and mangers with whom he has collaborated in the past. He is widely known as an expert at developing passionate and innovative leaders.

He is the author of the upcoming books, "What Do You Have Passion For"? And "All Leaders, Please Step Forward" Having been the keynote speaker at industry conventions, private functions and corporate meetings, Jeff has the unique ability to both inform and entertain his audience. His ability to motivate and inspire individuals for positive change is unique in the marketplace.

From childhood, Jeff had the opportunity to interact with all kinds of individuals. He grew up in a military household. That background provided the basis for structure and discipline while also instilling the traits of understanding and compassion. These traits provided a tolerance and understanding for the diversity that is now clearly needed in business.

Jeff began his professional career in the discount sector. He was employed right out of college with Rose's Store, Inc. At Roses he held a variety of Operations related positions before being promoted to the HQ office as corporate buyer. Later he was recruited by The Eckerd Corporation, where he continued his path up the corporate ladder. At Eckerd, Jeff rose through the ranks to attain the position for Corporate Vice President where he had many executive assignments in Operations, Marketing and Merchandising. His next move provided experience in the grocery/wholesale arena. In Grocery/Wholesale he served as a corporate officer controlling all edible categories as Vice President of Marketing and Procurement. Next Jeff was recruited to take the helm at ECRM (Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing). At ECRM he held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. ECRM is a conventions services enterprise, ECRM provided a unique opportunity to interact and collaborate with many of the top consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers in the world.

All along his career path, a few things have always remained consistent with Jeff. His leadership, honesty, integrity, intelligence and passion have always been on display in full measure. His special skill to motivate others to a greater level of productivity has benefited every organization to which he has shared his talents.

Through more than 25 years in business Jeff has built and cultivated a wealth of relationships from every part of the consumer packaged goods industry. It is those relationships that are the catalyst for the launch of The J. Joyner Group, LLC.

Jeff and his wife Lane' reside in Dallas Texas.
